Doug enjoyed sports, was employed by a local Public School as a custodian and was born in Detroit on May 13, 1941. Father of Douglas, John, Susan, Danielle and Denise Lieckfelt, Tony Atkinson, Ronald Atkinson, Amy Shurtr and Ruby Atkinson. Former spouse of Cindy Lieckfelt. Brother of Mike and Jim. Also survived by Grandchildren.Committal service Tuesday, December 22, 2015, 11:30 am at Christian Memorial Cultural Center, Rochester Hills.
