Doyle Curry

We met Doyle in Egypt immediately became friends We remember his stories and a great time at the Boogie Woogie festival. A CHRISTMAS celebration in Marshall Texas was wonderful. Staying with him was like being at home. Memories will help ease the loss of a friend and bourbon aficionado.

Doyle was a greatly admired lawyer and a respected gentleman. He will be sorely missed by our profession and by the Marshall community, as well. Our deepest condolences to his family.

Uncle Doyle was always there for me. He guided me to be the man I am today. Him “paying it forward” for me - has allowed me to do the same for my family and others. He will be truly missed.

Doyle was the essential gentleman. Doyle was a tenacious attorney and a great friend. He will be missed. May his memory be eternal.

Its been said but needs repeating - everybody liked Doyle Curry. He was the definition of congeniality. He was so kind and helpful to young lawyers - young people in general. Always willing to take of his time to give wisdom and he didn't mind rolling up his sleeve to help either. He was a joy to be around. I will always remember him saying "I'm just proud to be here" He was one of a kind. He was very proud of his family. A true giant.

Tony and I are grateful to have become friends with Doyle through a book club and listening to music on Wednesday nights at OS2. We admired his wit, intelligence and sense of fun. He will be greatly missed by us and all of Marshall.
