To Catherine, E.B., Neill and Robert. My deepest condolences on your father's passing. He was a great man and a wonderful doctor. I will always remember him fondly. May God ease your sorrow and surround each of you with His loving embrace.

As a nurse I worked man years with Dr Lee at southeastern general. He will be missed by many. To his family it send heartfelt condolences and will be praying for you.

Dr. H.'s Obituary

Dr. H. Neill Lee, Jr, age 95 of Lumberton, NC passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Dr. Lee was born Henry Neill Lee, Jr., in Robeson County, on April 21, 1930 to Henry Neill Lee, Sr and Katherine MacLaurin MacKinnon Lee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Elisabeth Holmes Lee, sister; Katherine Currie Lee McCormick, brother; Lauchlin MacKinnon Lee, son-in-law; Adam Peter Schmitz.

Dr. Lee was a physician who practiced from 1963 until his retirement in 1997. A more complete obituary will be added.

Dr. Lee is survived by his daughters; Elisabeth Wooten Lee Schmitz, Mary Catherine MacKinnon Lee, sons; Neill Currie Lee, Robert Holmes Lee, grandchildren; Ezekiel Adam Schmitz, Josephine Elisabeth Schmitz, brother; Edward Smith Lee.

A Brief Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Meadowbrook Cemetery, 400 E. 24th Street, Lumberton, NC. Family will receive family and friends 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at First Presbyterian Church, 1002 N. Chestnut Street, Lumberton, NC and a Celebration of Life Service will follow the visitation at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Public Library of Robeson County, 101 N. Chestnut St, Lumberton, 28358, in memory of Dr. Lee.
