Bro. Jim was not only my brother in Christ but also a great fishing buddy. We shared many good days together and even though in recent years we lived far away from each other, I knew all I had to do was give him a call. He always lived what he preached. I will miss him greatly but rejoice in the fact that I will join him one day in Heaven. Love him very much. Randall Vinson

Bro. Jim was a very special and kind man. He was a great pastor. Mark and I appreciated so much the way that he looked after Mrs.Merle (Mark’s momma) during the time that we were living in Goss. He will always have a special place in our hearts.
