Dr. Cowart was a gentleman of dignity, class and integrity. He contributed greatly to the Syracuse community at the SCHC, his service on the planning commission, and as a role model. He was also a dedicated friend to our father and mother, Harold and Barbara. He truly deserves his place in Heaven.

I will always remember your kind smile and serious voice. Those Tuesday morning all staff meetings were not to be missed. Rest in paradise Dr. Cowart. Thank you for your services at the SCHC. My condolences to your family.
