Our families have been intertwined since the early 1960's living next door to each other and then across the street from each other. You were my mom's person to walk thru the door on New Year's Day (the tradition to have a male walk thru your house to bring joy in the year), and I've never forgotten that. You have known all parts of the extended family also inquiring, always providing support when needed and just being that all-time concerned neighbor across the street. You are now resting...

ISAIAH 43:2
When we go through deep waters, I will be with you. When we go through the rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up, the flames will not consume you.
GOD IS WITH YOU ALL!
