Eddie's Obituary

Eddie Lynn Harrison was born on January 26, 1943, in Burkburnett, Texas, where he spent the first 9 years of his life.  He moved to Fallbrook with his parents, Jeddie and Velma Harrison, in the early 1950’s.

Eddie graduated from Fallbrook High School in 1961 and later earned his fire science degree from Palomar College.  He became a firefighter and a top producing realtor.  He devoted his life to caring service for the people of Fallbrook.  There are not many that can balance two careers, but Eddie was diligent and managed work with skill. Eddie continued working as a firefighter and realtor in Fallbrook for more than 3 decades. Eddie retired as an engineer in 1997 after 33 years with the Fallbrook Fire Department.

He married Betty Jo “Joey” Molton in Las Vegas at the Little Chapel of the West on April 19, 1965. They raised their 2 children, Tiffany Lynette Harrison Davis and Todd Edward Harrison in Fallbrook.  Eddie was preceded in death by Betty Jo (Joey) Molton in 2002.

Eddie became a proud grandparent to his only grandchild, Jakob Harrison Davis, on February 9, 1999.  He loved his grandson very much.

Eddie met and later married Pamela Anne Reish in 2010 in Fallbrook.  They traveled together, including multiple trips to Europe, spent time with family and enjoyed going out to dinner, the movies, concerts and the horse races.  They adored each other and it was a blessing that they met later in life.

Eddie was a big car enthusiast and a member of the Good Guys car club.   He had a 1932 Ford hotrod with black and red flames which was his pride and joy.  He also had a dark green, one of a kind 1972 Triumph motorcycle.  He would ride his motorcycle so fast anyone on the back would almost fall off !

Eddie loved oldies music and there would always be music playing throughout his house for everyone to enjoy.  He even had a Wurlitzer jukebox.

He loved shooting, fishing, and playing pool on his personal pool table.  When Joey was in labor giving birth to their first child, Tiffany, Eddie was in a pool hall trying to earn extra money !

He is survived by his wife, Pamela Anne Reish Harrison; his daughter, Tiffany Lynette Harrison Davis; son, Todd Edward Harrison; and grandson, Jakob Harrison Davis.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1620 S. Stagecoach Lane in Fallbrook, California. Eddie's ashes will be scattered at sea on a future date.

Eddie will be remembered as a loving father, dedicated husband and forever brother to his fire department family.  He loved his job as a firefighter, protecting and serving his community and fellow firemen, a job for which he held much pride. He always had a smile for everyone and a big hug for his friends.  He would do anything for those he loved. Always the jokester from the start, Eddie's high school yearbook quote was "Never run after a streetcar or a woman, there'll be another along soon".

Donations to the American Heart Association in Eddie’s name would be greatly appreciated.  This link will take donors to a dedication site:  https://www.heart.org/en/honor-memorial?form=FUNCNYFWZAM
