Edgar Barry Reed, 68, of Huddy, KY, passed away Thursday night, October 9, 2025, at his residence. Edgar was born February 24, 1957, in Williamson, WV, the son of the late Edgar Reed and Verna Rowe Reed. He was a retired employee of Norfolk & Southern Railroad and a member of the Highland Presbyterian Church at Pigeon Roost. Edgar is survived by his ex-wife, Kathleen Reed of Huddy, KY; his daughters, Savannah Paige Reed and Caitlin Marissa Adkins-Reed of Huddy, KY; two grandchildren, Zoey Varney and Liam Adkins; one brother, Danny Reed and a host of other family and friends. Memorial services for Edgar will be held from 6 - 8 PM Monday, October 13, 2025, in the R. E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. R. E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry, KY, is serving the Reed family.
