Edna "Edie" (Smith) Everly, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was born April 19th, 1948 to Leonard and Helen (Clark) Smith. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 16th, 2025 at the age of 77.
She graduated from Coffey High School in 1966. She worked for Mosaic Life Care until she retired.
She was united in marriage to Tom Everly on April 27th, 1997.
She is survived by her husband, Tom of the home, her son Shane (Brenda) Adams, Two grandsons, Ry (Maggie)Adams and Cade Adams. Sister, Joycelyn Inglis, Niece, Rhonda (Andy) Lauby, and their family, Jerod (Alexandra), Morgan (Steven) and Jerod's two children.
Additionally she is survived by three step-children, Tommye (Mike) Quilty, Joey (Les) Parnell, and Sam Everly, and six step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Allen Smith.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Graveside Services will be Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Coffey Cemetery in Coffey, Missouri, officiated by celebrant, Rex Strayer.
