"May fond memories be your consolation"

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Edward Goode. Ed was a kind and respectful man, always with a kind word and smile to those met. I have an even greater appreciation for how he looked for my mother. Edward will be surely missed and I know he's resting peacefully in God's comforting arms.

Thanking God for placing Ed in our lives. He was a good man loving and caring for my mother as if she was his own. Rest in the loving arms of God until that great getting up morning.

I am so sorry for your loss. My deepest sympathy and prayers to you and your family. Please know the Lord is with you always. Ed was a dear friend and neighbor to my mom, and I appreciate his kindness all these years.

Miss Cornelia,
Sending our deepest sympathies and prayers to you and your family.

Cornelia, My 1st-Grade Best Friend —
May God uplift you, guide you, and give you strength.
Your union with Edward planted seeds that grew into lovely flowers—your sons and grandchildren, you lovingly called them your sweet "grand precious".
Together, you created a legacy that will carry the family through the years, built on his love, faith, wisdom, strength, and commitment.
Like his favorite team, the Commanders, Edward fought a good fight and made the winning touchdown....
