Edward Lee Robinson, II

Edward Lee Robinson, II, 94, of Wichita Falls, passed away Saturday, July 21, 2018.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 2, 2018 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

A son of the late Edward and Lucille (Andrews) Robinson, Edward was born on April 26, 1924 in Waxahachie, Texas.  He proudly served our country in the United States Navy from 1940 to 1947.  Edward drove a truck for 15 years, and worked as an Engine Mechanic for numerous years.  He enjoyed working on cars, helping others, and he loved his family and friends dearly.

Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Annie Nell Roach.

He is survived by his children, Barbara Brown, Geraldine Tucker, Charles Gerald Robinson, Edward L. Robinson, Ray Charles Robinson, Leroy Robinson, Donna Robinson King, and Cherry Robinson; thirty-four grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
