Edward's Obituary

Edward Dale Yarbrough, 86, of Mabelvale, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026 at the Heartland Rehabiliation Center in Benton, Arkansas. Edward was born on September 24, 1939 to Lloyd and Susan Yarbrough in Little Rock, Arkansas. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Susan Yarbrough; his spouse, Birdie Bell Yarbrough; sons, Chris Yarbrough and John Ramsey; and sister, Gloria Groves.

Survived by sons, Dale Yarbrough Jr. of Millersburg, PA; Dale F. Yarbrough of Mabelvale, AR;  Elvis Yarbrough of Greenbrier, AR; Michael Yarbrough of Mabelvale, AR; daughters, Audrey Thompson of McGehee, AR and Brenda Bailey of Marble Falls, TX; brother, Donald Yarbrough of Benton, AR; sisters, Alice Eagle of Wenatchee, WA, Carolyn Wise of Alexander, AR, and Martha Yielding of Jacksonville, AR; nineteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jody Yarbrough, John Henry Yarbrough, Taylor Bailey, Tim Bailey, Cole Yarbrough and Wayne Dunn. Honorary pallbearers will be Drew Staton, Kevin Wise and Michael Yarbrough. 

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Moonshine Cemetery 486 Hempstead 185, Washington, Arkansas with Brother George Yarberry officiating. Services are under the direction of A O Smith Funeral Home, Stamps Arkansas.
