Our condolences to Mrs. Gilliard and the entire Gilliard family. Mr. Gilliard was a kind and caring man. He and his wife Mrs. Gilliard; were very welcoming to me and my family over a span of over 30 years. We always felt like family and you were always welcomed with a smile, good food and warm hearts. We worked together at the refinery for a lot of years , Mr. Gilliard was always quiet and about his business. He was either going to the mill or leaving the mill. I never saw him vary from his path.
