Not sure what to say?

Eileen went to high school with my parents at Augusta High School. We visited her when she celebrated her 100th birthday. She was such a gracious wonderful lady.

A lady of beautiful elegance, Eileen was a master of knowing the proper dress for any age shopper. I used to go in to just look and enjoy her friendship. To me, she was a delight to talk with, always took time to explain why the outfit would or would not be appropriate and was more than helpful. My memories of time spent in Henri's are very special. May those who have known Eileen find comfort in their memories.

What a fine person and a very smart retailer. R.I.P. dear Eileen.

So sorry to hear of Eileen’s passing. She had a long blessed life. Enjoyed talking with her while visiting at Centreville.

My mother, Beulah Wilson Bland, was a neighbor of Eileen’s growing up. I purchased my wedding gown at her bridal shop in Minerva. Had the gown not been on clearance for $20, I could not have afforded it back in 1975. She was a beautiful lady outwardly as well as inwardly.

You were a sweet lady. You will be missed
