Elaine Frances Jelsema

Elaine was a beloved friend and all around beautiful person. I was fortunate to meet her when she was volunteering at the San Martin Animal shelter back in 2013. She had a huge heart for all animals, which showed in her many “ foster failures” of shelter dogs! I will so miss her down to earth, common sense personality always touched with humor and her gorgeous smile
