Elbert Blackwell

I worked with Elbert for Michigan Bell at the Glendale Garage in Detroit as outside techs. Mr. Blackwell was as classy as he looks in the picture above. Mind you, even though we worked outside, Blackwell's jeans were pressed and creased. Classy! Family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Sending prayers to Denise and the entire family at this most difficult time. Elbert was a good man and now free of pain.
