Elise Furey Dunne

Dear Dunn children....My close college friend Viki lived across the hall from your mother for many years. I only saw her at funerals in recent years but was able to keep up with her through Viki. I was saddened by the news that she passed away and was disappointed I was unable to come to the funeral. I remember babysitting at your house in Havertown. I'm glad you had her until almost 98. My mother just turned 98. Take care all.

I have a multitude of wonderful memories of Elise, having grown up in and around the Dunne family. Her warmth, compassion, humor and unending generosity made her feel like another mother to me. She always made room for me at Dunne family dinners and holidays. A very special lady. My love and deepest condolences to her family during this difficult time. It was a privilege having her in my life.
