Webster: Elizabeth "Libby" Presley Vecchiotti 56, of Webster NY passed on May 9, 2014 with her family and the exceptional staff of Strong Memorial Hospital by her side. She was born January 28, 1958 in El Paso, Texas to Kenneth L. Presley and the late Ann (Whitis) Presley. She graduated from Jeffersontown High School, Kentucky and attended Anderson University in Indiana, before attending and receiving her Bachelor's from University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. Later in her career, she went on to receive her MBA with Honors from The New York Institute of Technology. Libby was married to Anthony "Tony" Vecchiotti in April 2014.Libby had a far reaching and accomplished career in the nonprofit and philanthropic fields, where she was a driving force at several highly respected and visible organizations. Some of those organizations included, The Partnership at Drugfree.org; The Maurer Foundation for Breast Health Education; The March of Dimes National Foundation; St. Charles Foundation; St Mary's Foundation for Children and Baylor Medical University Hospital; all of which she held Senior Executive or National Level positions. Libby's immeasurable efforts have and will continue to transform countless lives thru the people and organizations she touched. She was an active wife, mother, and grandmother to all of her loved ones. She enjoyed bicycling, kayaking and Jimmy Buffett's music and way of life, where changes in latitudes and attitudes started with a margarita and chips & salsa by the water.She is survived by her husband Tony; children Greg (Kristie) Harmon of Fredericksburg, VA; Harrison Zimmer of Newport, RI; Julianna Vecchiotti of Binghamton, NY; Anthony and Carly Vecchiotti of Macedon, NY; grandchildren Cameron, Mollie, Alexis, Anneliese, Gunnar and Kellen. She is also survived by her brothers Kenneth (Mary) Presley of Alexandria, VA; Gary (Nikki) Presley of Volo, IL and extended family members Virginia (Claude) David of Pittsford, NY; Marilynn (Robert) Varrenti of Webster, NY; Max (the late Juliet) Gonano of Washington, PA; Barbara (Scott) McNeil of Webster, NY and hundreds of cousins, dozens of nieces and nephews; all of whom she loved and enjoyed.In lieu of flowers friends are encouraged to donate to the March of Dimes, 3445 Winton Place, Rochester, NY 14623 in her memory.Friends may call TUESDAY, May 13 between 4-7 pm at PROFETTA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1650 Empire Blvd, Webster NY. A celebration of life will then be held WEDNESDAY, May 14 11:00 am at PROFETTA FUNERAL CHAPEL.A Celebration of Life will be held SUNDAY, June 8, 20014 at 1 PM at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 9 Carlton Avenue, Port Washington, NY 11050.
