Funeral service for Elizabeth Jean Lockett of Athens, Alabama will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 12:00 noon at Phillips Tabernacle Primitive Baptist Church (930 Balch Road, Madison, AL 35758) with Pastor Christopher Dickerson officiating. The body will lie in state from 11:00 a.m. until funeral time. Interment and committal will be at the Thatch-Mann cemetery.
Public viewing will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. at the Peoples Funeral Home.
