I was so saddened to hear of Elizabeth’s passing and want to express my condolences. She and I became such good friends at Hampton and kept in touch over the years. I cannot believe she is gone. My heart grieves with yours. May you find comfort in the memories you shared as a family.

Elizabeth and I were friends and roommates at Hampton University. She was an amazingly talented writer and artist. Her sense of humor brightened many of our days at Hampton. She is definitely gone too soon and will be remembered with deep love and appreciation.
