Elizabeth "Betsy" Savage

How lucky I was to be the niece of Betsy Mitchell Savage. She was my mother Ann’s baby sister, slightly closer in age to me. We brought out a delicious devil in one another. So fun, so funny. Betty just adored you, too. We all did. You Mitchell sisters must be shaking up the stars now, together again. Save a place for Shad and the rest of us. Hats off to you, Auntie. Always difficult to adequately thank and to honor those who pierce our hearts and lift our spirits in ways that you never forget, but we should never fail in our attempts to do so.
