Elizabeth A. Sito

Woonsocket – Elizabeth A. (Whiting) Sito, 67, passed away peacefully at her home, on Thursday, June 13, 2019. She was the beloved wife of the late Ronald E. Sito. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Willard, Sr. and Elizabeth (Reid) Whiting and the granddaughter of the late Clifford and Rose (O’Brien) Whiting.

Elizabeth worked as a waitress for over thirty years in area restaurants until her retirement. She enjoyed playing Bingo, chatting with friends, playing online games, taking care of her two beloved canine companions, Zoe and Eli and her kitty, Brad. Elizabeth also enjoyed taking trips to Cape Cod to spend time by the beach, taking in life’s simple pleasures. Elizabeth loved traveling on cruises with her family experiencing different parts of the world together.

Elizabeth leaves two children, Eddy A. Sito and his wife, Susan, of Blackstone, MA and Cynthia A. Sito of Woonsocket; a beloved granddaughter, Jennifer E. Sito of Woonsocket and two brothers, Clifford and John Whiting, and many nieces and nephews and cousins. Elizabeth was predeceased by her brother Willard Whiting, and her sister Margaret (Whiting) Hood.
