Not sure what to say?

So very very sorry to hear of the passing of Dean Fangman. I so enjoyed working with him during my years at Benedictine and always appreciated his guidance & wisdoms. Thoughts & prayers for family & friends during this difficult time.

First met Dean Fangman on a campus visit in 1974. Soon after started my freshman year there and enjoyed the time I was at Benedictine. I have many fond memories.

Elmer leaves behind an exceptional legacy! That begins with he and Anne raising a family of 9 outstanding kids who made him proud! Thirty years guiding Raven students always with a sense of joy! His impact carries on after his passing through the lives he touched.

I would like to donate a book to the St. Benedict's School library in his name.

Elmer (“Mr Fangman”), you were a model of sound logic, always exhibiting a reassuring calm and you are one of the very few people I’ve ever known to never say a disparaging word. I started my Freshman year at St Benedict’s when you started your career there. So sorry to read of your passing. My condolences to your family and friends.

I worked with Dean Fangman in the Dean of Students office in the 1980’s and found him to be an honorable and respectable man that I always looked up to. Lisa and I greatly admired him. The Fangman family has our deepest condolences.

Elmer, Anne and so many of you, have always been so kind, encouraging and helpful through the years. What an amazing family. Thank you. My heart is full of gratitude and prayers for each of you and for our loss. The impact on the thousands of lives and families that knew Elmer's kindness, encouragement, faith and guidance continue. I envision he's in the presence of our Lord and with so many family and friends. What a party and celebration in heaven, welcoming Elmer.

In loving memory of a wonderful person. Elmer was also so kind and genuinely cared about people!

What an incredible life he lived and a servant of God! Condolences to the entire Fangman family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
