Emilio “Billy” Almanza, 66, of Wichita Falls, Texas, passed away on December 18, 2025. He was born on August 31, 1959, to Emilio Almanza Sr. and Griseida Rincon. Billy was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and grandfather, known for his kindness, outgoing personality, and deep dedication to his family. He worked tirelessly to provide for those he loved and consistently put others before himself.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Viewing will take place prior to the service from 9:00–10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Rosemont Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his father, Emilio Almanza Sr.; uncle Ruben Rincon; grandmother, Eudelia Rincon; step-father John Savant; aunt Mary Perez and husband Tony, and brother Michael Almanza.
Billy is survived by his mother, Griseida Savant; sons, David Ayala and Keegan Almanza; grandson, Sebastian Almanza; sisters, Debbie Esquibel and her husband Jake, and Eudelia Castro; uncle, Vincent Rincon and wife Gloria; aunt, Susan Santellana and husband Wally; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
