i was just lucky enough to be a sister to this kind man. He couldn't bear seeing anyone suffer if there's anything he could do about it. One thing that I remember from our childhood was my Mom would sometimes find out that the leftovers she thought she had kept in the refrigerator the night before were already gone in the morning. My brother, Mano Eric, had already fed someone who was hungry. This happened so many times when i was growing up.
