Eric Delen Johnson

Eric Delen Johnson of Pontiac, Michigan, made his transition on September 10, 2025, he was born on June 4, 1963, to the union of the late Tommy Johnson and Rosa Ruthanne Johnson, he was also also preceded in death by his brother; Damon Todd Turner and his son; Eric Delen Johnson, Jr.

Eric was a member of Greater Harvest Church of God, of Sylvan Lake, Michigan, under Rev. Kevin Chrismon.  He also received his education through the Pontiac School System, graduating from Pontiac Central High School in 1981.  His profession was a Mechanic, Locksmith and Carpenter.

Eric was a great brother, father, grandfather, and friend.  He especially loved spending time with his sons and grandchildren, but overall he enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  Eric didn't mind helping anyone out, he was always ready to work.

Eric leaves to cherish his memories, his son; DeMarr Anthony Johnson, a bonus daughter; Krisheda McNeal, siblings; Marla Washington, Davida Watkins, Tasha Turner and Timothy Turner, two uncles; Ronald Watkins and Nathaniel Watkins, grandchildren; Marriona Johnson, DeMarr Johnson, Jr., Eric Delen, III ,Yeshua Garcia, Yassir Gross and Ya'rra Gross, and his sons mother; Sharmelle Hendon.  Also survived by a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Eric will lie in repose on Friday, September 26, 2025, at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road, Pontiac, Michigan, from 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
