Not sure what to say?

Cheryl,
I am so sorry for your loss. Sending you lots of hugs and prayers during this difficult time.

This is one of the last pictures I have of him. Thank you everyone for the kind and caring comments. So blessed to see how many people he touched. I was lucky to have him in my life.

He will be missed on the group of us that knew him online. Always making us laugh.

Ethan was the most kind, caring and giving soul. His love for animals was so deep to his heart. He will be greatly missed by all who have known him and loved him.

Cheryl, I’m so sorry to hear of Ethan’s passing. From the moment I met him to our last conversation, he was a bright light and a supportive friend. I enjoyed his friendship; he was witty, courageous, and kindhearted.

I got to know Ethan while helping him rehab his ankle; pre and post surgery. He brought a quick wit, joy, laughter, and a big smile to his appointments. He loved animals, nature, cooking, books, movies; talking politics, and religion. Although I did not know Ethan for a long time, I feel like I have lost a good friend and confidant. This world can be a challenging place to live; especially for hearts as big as Ethan’s. I imagined him as Morpheus from The Matrix.

Cheryl,
Our family is heartbroken with the news of Ethan's passing. We will always cherish our wonderful memories with you and Ethan, raising our sons. Sending love wrapped in prayer for peace in knowing he made this world and others brighter simply by being here with us.
Rest easy Ethan,
Pam

Cheryl, I am so very sorry for your loss. I am sending love and strength during this time. I loved hearing about Ethan’s travels and learning about new recipes from the short time I knew him. Again, sending love.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Ethan for more than a decade, and what a gift that time has been. He loved nothing more than keeping my belly full with his incredible cooking—though he was always far too hard on himself about creations the rest of us thought were absolutely wonderful. He also took great delight in endlessly teasing me about Ireland, religion, and politics, and he somehow always managed to keep my watchlist full of recommendations he knew I’d love.

Ethan had a way...
