Eugene Watt Jr., 68 of Luxora passed away March 12, 2022 at Regional One Health in Memphis, TN. He was a farmer, an avid hunter and fisherman, a loving brother, uncle and friend to many. Mr. Watt was born January 10, 1954 in Osceola to Eugene and Ruby Thurman Watt Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Earlene Watt. He is survived by four brothers Arthur (Annie) Watt and Albert (Joyce) Watt of Luxora, James Lee Watt of Blytheville, John Henry Gray of Milwaukee, WI, six sisters Emma Watt, Celliea (Jasper) Jackson, Peggy Robinson and Almarie (Randy) Williams of Luxora, Virginia Watt of Milwaukee, WI, Ruby Cannon of Blytheville, one step-grandmother Ora Thurman of Luxora, four aunts Centernolier (Tom) Cannon of Gosnell, Tansha (Ken) Harris of West Memphis, Lillian Thurman of Houston, TX, Kamisha (Tommy) Goree of Houston, TX, two uncles Anthony (Mickey) Thurman of Luxora, Dallas Thurman of Gosnell, host of nieces and nephews. Visitation services will be Saturday March 19, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Gospel Temple in Luxora with the funeral to follow at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola, AR with Pastor Micheal McKinnie officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
