Fairee's Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Fairee Coffman Malone. She passed peacefully in Pulaski, TN. She resided in Dayton, OH for over 40 years and was born and raised in Athens, AL. 

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Missionary Baptist Church (549 W Elm St, Athens, AL 35611) with Pastor Willie Byrd as officiant and Minister Berenetta Houston as eulogist. The body will lie in state from 12:00 noon until funeral time. Interment and committal will be at Leggtown cemetery.

Public viewing will be held at the Peoples Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
