Faye's Obituary

Faye Christie, 81, of Macon, passed away July 3, 2018.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Hart’s at the Cupola.  Burial will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, July 9, 2018 at the chapel at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Mrs. Christie was a member of Central Fellowship Baptist Church.  She was the owner and operator of Faye’s Hallmark shops in Macon, Byron and Ft. Valley for 28 years.  Mrs. Christie was preceded in death by siblings, James C. Fletcher, Jr. and Mary Taylor.

Mrs. Christie is survived by her husband of 62 years, Eugene L. Christie; children, Gina Hamill of McDonough, David E. Christie (Jacqueline) of Roswell, Georgia, and Kim D. Christie of Macon; grandchildren, Elise Royston (Jay), Phillip Marshall, Justin Christie, Michael Christie, and Matthew Christie; great grandchild, Libby Faye Royston; siblings, Martha Burken of Macon, Bill Fletcher (Genevieve) of Macon, and Carl Fletcher (Carolyn) of Byron, Georgia.
