Felix's Obituary

Felix Joel Garcia was born on October 19, 1987 in Paloa, Italy. He passed away on December 1, 2023 at the age of 36.

Felix was a graduate of Woodside High School, class of 2006, and went on to study at Old Dominion University graduating in 2013. His career at Casey Automotive Group was marked by achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction by continually earning the President’s Award.

On April 2, 2022, Felix married the love of his life, Heather Chlebo, in Pensacola, Florida. Together they raised their daughter, Harper. Felix’s role as Harper’s father was one of his greatest joys. He was passionate for his Tampa Bay Buccaneers, staying fit and being the life of the party.

He is survived by his loving wife Heather and daughter Harper; his parents, father Ramon and wife Sol, mother Ramona; and his siblings, Luis, Ramon, and Juan. His family remembers him for always providing the family happiness, laughter, and love.

The family will receive friends at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 7 Frank Lane, Fort Monroe, Virginia 23651 on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 9-10:00 AM. A service to honor Felix’s life will begin at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made to: www.mealtrain.com/trains/51okwz
