Forrest is such a wonderful person. I loved working with him while I was working at Clarksville. He surely will be missed. Prayers for your family. May God give you peace during this most difficult time. You are in my prayers

He always had a smile for every one and was always willing to help out with anything if needed. He will be missed but not forgotten

Forrest (Frosty)'s Obituary

Forrest (Frosty) Melvin Hoeffer (age 74) passed away in Fort Smith, AR on April 8, 2018.

He was born in Perry, Oklahoma on October 6, 1943 to Melvin and Fredia (Brokop) Hoeffer.  Forrest is preceded in death by both of his parents and step-mother, Juanita Hoeffer.

Forrest was retired from Tyson Foods Clarksville where he worked as the Complex Safety Manager.  He graduated from College of the Ozarks in 1965 with a B.A. in Business Administration.

He leaves behind a family who will miss him very much.  His wife and love of his life for 52 years, Helen Mary (Groskopf) Hoeffer; daughters:  Teresa Moon and husband, Terry Moon of Ozark, Tricia Hoeffer and Melissa Hoeffer of Hartman.  Daughters in his heart Kathleen Mackey of England, Cindy Pearson of Minnesota and Jennifer Fisher of Oklahoma.  Sisters:  Lynda (Hoeffer) and husband, Jim Arango of Utah, Tari (Hoeffer) and husband, Tom Smith of Oklahoma.  Grandchildren:  Kristin Jones, Zachary Hudson, Keaton Moon, Lexus Hudson, Colton and Kaitlyn Moon, and Scarlett Pearson.

A memorial service will be held on April 21, 2018 at the Harmony Presbyterian Church on Highway 103, Clarksville at 2:00 pm with Marci Ward presiding.
