Frannie was a friend, fellow parishioner of St Charles Borromeo Church and neighbor of mine for many years. We raised our children together. They truly were happy years! Frannie was a wonderful wife to Gerald and devoted mother to Dawn and Scott, a devout Catholic and good friend and neighbor. She will never be forgotten! God rest her soul in peace!
