Frances Outland

Dearest Frances was a beloved part of our family for many years. Her kindness and gentleness helped shape my children into the fine adults they are today. We cherish our memories of her and think of her often, which led me to finding out about her passing. I am so sorry for your loss and wish that I had found this sooner so that I could could’ve said a proper goodbye. She was so loved.

Words cannot express how much you will be miss by your family and friends in Virginia. We always enjoy your time spent with us but we know your work here was done rest and you know we will take care of your buddy

Frances, my dear friend, you’re with your angels now. I will miss that warm smile, that hearty laugh, that relevant sarcasm and, of course, those welcoming hugs after not seeing each other for a while. I will never forget you.
