There were 20 years between my cousin and I. Such a loving man and kind to everyone. He will be missed so much. I couldn't stop crying through the video. I have a lot of memories of him. Knowing Frank he has already met up with his best bud John, with whom he always would visit when he made a trip back to WV, who also passed recently. Frank was a friend and a blessing to all who met him. His family was his pride and joy and he loved them all fiercely. There is no doubt in my mind he is in...

It has been a pleasure getting to know Mr. Frank over the past few years and watching his and my mother's sweet relationship grow!! It shows you are never to old to find love! They were very important to each other and I know they missed each other immensely when he had to move. I will miss your stories and your caring nature but will hold your memory close to my heart. Rest in eternal peace Mr. Frank!
