Uncle Frank always made me laugh and loved to please people. I remember smelt fishing with him several times at Navy Pier and we would cook smelt on the back of his pickup truck. He would feed all the people walking back from the Chicago Yacht Club and heading to their apartment at Lake Point Towers (1980).
