I served with Frank at RAF Sculthorpe, England 1961-1962.
He was our Barrack's Chief.
He was good man & I am glad that I knew him.

My first memory of Frank was when I was in 2nd grade. Always a great man with an amazing sense of humor. Throughout the years I always enjoyed a hearty " Hey Jimmy Grim" from him and being asked when was I going to be rich. A great fellow who will definitely be missed by an adoring family. Till we meet again, my friend. I look forward to hearing " Hey Jimmy Grim" as I arrive in heaven.
