Frank Pallazone

Frank Palazzone age 77 on January 25, 2010 of Sloatsburg, NY. He was born July 15, 1932 in Suffern NY to the late Frank and Theresa Pierpoli Palazzone. Frank was a life resident of Sloatsburg serving the Sloatsburg Fire Department for 60 years. Frank also served as chief. He served as a member of the Pacific Air Weather Service in the Air Force during the Korean War. For the last 15 years members met annually for a reunion. Frank was retired from the Teamsters Local 445 in Newburgh NY. Most recently he worked as a school bus driver, a job loved for the Tuxedo Union Free School District. He also loved cooking for his family, traveling with his wife, walking at the field with James, Ashley and Puppy and helping his children in anyway he could. He is survived by his wife of 51 years Sandra, daughter Diane Liporace of Newburgh, son Frank Palazzone and his wife Suzie of Howard Beach NY, three sisters Marie Passro (Joe) of North Haledon NJ, Angi (Allie) of Sloatsburg, Betty (Francis) DiDomenico of Vero Beach, FL. Grandchildren James and Ashley Liporace of Newburgh and many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and Puppy. Family will receive friends Thursday 2-4 and 7-9PM at Scarr Funeral Home Inc., Rte 202, Suffern NY. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10:30AM at Sacred Heart Church Suffern NY. Interment Ascension Cemetery Airmont NY. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital.
