I had the pleasure of serving with Frank while on board the USS Theodore Roosevelt. him, Chuck Falgout, Ed Kosilla and I hung out all the time together. We all worked on the aircraft elevators while deployed. He was always a happy person to be around. Fair winds and following Seas Shipmate.

Such a kind individual. Prayers to all your Family.

I looked forward to seeing him at my workplace. I went to school with him. Sorry for your loss. Your family is in my prayers.
