Frank was a wonderful man, loving husband, fantastic dad and grandpa. Everyone loved Frank. He was fun to be around, witty, and kind. We were lucky to know him and have him in our circle of friends. He will be missed and his memory will live long in the hearts of his family and friends.

Deborah and I worked together at FFIC and they were our neighbor. I enjoyed visiting with Frank and was amazed how organized his tools were!

I had the privilege of meeting Frank for the first time at Napoli’s Pizza in Vallejo; where I recognized Deborah. We worked together at Fireman’s Fund. The whole family was there, all three of their beautiful daughters included. Frank just beamed when he talked about his girls. Met up with Deborah and Frank several more times; he always had a wide smile. I know he was loved and will be missed.
