Franklin's Obituary

Franklin Pierce Lynn, 71, of Blanchard, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at his home.  Frank was born on January 26, 1955, to Paul Lynn and Patsy Charlene (Baker) Lynn in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

Frank was a man who, if you knew him, you loved him. He was faithful, strong-willed, and lived by his favorite saying: “Kill ’em with kindness.” He truly loved everyone and never let anyone struggle if he could help it. Frank married the love of his life, Judy Arlene Wilson, on November 19, 1983.

Frank worked for 55 years and was a mentor to many. He was the go-to person at work and in his family, steady, knowledgeable, and always ready to lend a hand. He helped, protected, and provided. You could count on him.

He loved flying his Cessnas and Bonanzas, bass fishing and deep-sea fishing, hunting, and scuba diving. Frank and Judy enjoyed going on cruises with Ed and Judy Lamb. He built furniture, did carpentry, and could fix just about anything. He loved to sing and play guitar and piano. But his favorite thing of all was spending time with his grandbabies and his family. He spoiled them, loved them deeply, and made sure they always felt safe.

Frank lived a full life, worked hard, loved hard, and showed up for his people every single time. He will be missed by all who were blessed to know him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Paula.

Frank is survived by his wife of 42 years, Judy Lynn of Blanchard; his children, Christopher and Amanda Lynn, Angela and Dana Scott, Stephanie and Gabe Alvillar, Tammy and Kerry Crane, Timmy and Jenny Savage, Terry and Michele Savage,  and Tracy and Kevin James; grandchildren, Lily Langford and husband Dylan, Faith Lynn, Jake Lynn, Isaiah Allen and wife Kayla, Kinley Allen, Aidan Allen, Olivia Alvillar, Ella Alvillar, Rob Woody and wife Tanya, Sarah LeForce and husband Scott, Kendra Savage, Kraig Savage and wife Kristin, Ryan Savage and wife Shasta, Nolan Savage and wife Maeghan, Kallie Peters and husband Caleb  and Kelsey Oliver and husband Shane; great grandchildren, Allie Woody, Maddox Flanagan, Michael LeForce, Lorraina Woody, Landri Oliver, Amelia Payne, Howard Savage, Mack Peters, Berkli Oliver, Theo Savage, Syrus Savage, Rosemary Allen, and one on the way, Myer Peters; his siblings, Dennis Lynn and wife Barbara, and Nola Howeth and husband Randy; and many other loved ones and friends.
