Arch Bishop Freddie Lewis Austin Jr. was born to Freddie Lewis Austin Sr. and Louvenia Williams on October 23, 1962 in Galveston Texas and transitioned from earth on November 12, 2018. Arch Bishop Austin acknowledged the Lord as his personal Lord and Savior at an early age. He was ordained as a minister at sixteen years old and continued to proclaim the Word of the Lord until his death.
Arch Bishop Austin served in many capacities in the church to include State Youth Evangelist of the YPWW in the Church of God in Christ. Arch Bishop Austin's dedication to the work of God inspired him to Incorporate United Holy Church of Prayer in 1985 with a 501c3 designation. He also founded a college of biblical studies in Louisiana. Arch Bishop Austin was a profound preacher and prophet of God. He was often referred to as the Eagle-Eyed Prophet. Despite sickness in his body he prayed for others.
Arch Bishop Austin was preceded in death by his father Freddie Lewis Austin Sr. and sisters Sheena Austin and Felica Morgan.
He is survived by his daughters Jasmeone Franklin and Tamika Austin, mother Louvenia Williams, brother Richard Morgan and sister Cynthia Williams (Aaron). Arch Bishop Austin is also survived by many other close relatives and friends.
