I have very fond memories of "Fred" as he liked to be addressed ( "Mr. Cappetta" is my father he would say when called that) I met Fred in about 1992 or 3 when he and his father Fred Sr. took over Wisconsin Cuneo Press where I was employed and turned that printing firm around. They renamed it Wisconsin Color Press and through millions of dollars in investments into the company he kept hundreds of good hard working Wisconsin people employed. He promoted me to a production supervisor position that lead to a great career in printing. He was also there to provide wisdom and help me out during a personal crisis in my life. Always the mentor, leader and friend. God Bless

My wife, Winnie and I offer our deepest condolences to Natalie and the rest of the Cappetta family. It was an honor to know and respect Fred. He was a great man to work for and know. With Fred's passing, the Illinois and DuPage Bar lost a great jurist. He was a wise business person, and worked to do things "right" for the public. So many people in Oak Brook owe him their respect.

Natalie and family,
I am so sorry to learn about the loss of your father. What an incredibly sweet man. May he find comfort in God's arms. Pain never really takes away the pain, it merely dulls the edges. My deepest sympathies.
Love,
Linda

I met Fred in 1982 when i came to work for him at Wisconsin Cuneo Press (later Wisconsin Color Press). Fred and I had a friendship and mutual respect for each other ever since. After we left Wisconsin Color Press, I continued consulting with Fred until shortly before he passed. I still remember many 'war' stories Fred and I (usually Alex was there too) got into over the years and many words of wisdom that Fred imparted to me.
I was very grateful that i had a chance to work with a good man, mentor, and great friend for all those years. My life was certainly better for having known him. I'm sorry i can't attend the services, the spirit is willing but the flesh not so much.

Deepest condolences to Donna and the Cappetta family. I worked with Fred through Wisconsin Color Press. He was a great man to work for and through this relationship, was introduced to members of the Cappetta family. I had not worked with Fred or had contact with him since 2002, however, I continued to carry him in high regard and with great respect. My husband passed away last year and both Fred and Donna came to share their condolences. So much time passed and such amazing respect shown by them... this speaks highly of the man Fred was. A great man has passed... he will be missed by many!
