Not sure what to say?

To Katie my prayers are with you and your family. God bless and comfort you

Fred was my first cousin, A great father, and husband. I always use to call him uncle Fred even though he was my cousin. Im glad i had a chance to see him when I got married in November. I loved to watch him cooking, traveling and enjoying life on Facebook. Please pray for my aunt, Tracy and Alexis and my family during his unfortunate passing. God called his angel home. Long live Fred. Imma miss you cuz. I love you cuz!!

I am so sorry to hear about Fred. He was a joy to interact with at the EPA (in Ann Arbor). Fred always said hi when we passed in the halls, and he had a great smile. I greatly appreciated his friendliness. Fred will be very much missed. My thoughts are with his family.

To the Hart Family,
Please acceptance condolences on Fred's untimely passing. Fred and I worked together in Washington for many years before his move to Michigan. On my trips up to the EPA facility in Ann Arbor, I considered myself fortunate when we ran into each other as our chats, even if they were short, always left me feeling happy due to Fred's good nature and ability to connect with people. He will be missed.

Please accept our sincere condolences, Tracy and Hart family. I am praying for strength, comfort, and peace for all of you during this difficult time. Fred was a special man, and the love you guys shared will always be a part of you. He will truly be missed! We love you Tracy and family!

To the Hart Family,

I worked with Fred for many years when he worked in EPA's Washington, DC office and we became good friends & workout partners. He was kinda weak when introduced to weightlifting, but he trained & I pushed him hard and he eventually pushed me. Saw an old workout photo of us recently (what memories) and I know he found joy working out just like I do. Seeing some of his recent workout clips has been inspiring. Tracy and Family, may GOD bless everyone, provide...

I worked with Fred for over 20 years at EPA with the final 18 as his manager. I really enjoyed working with Fred. We would always talk about our families, sports, food, and lifting weights. Fred was easy to like and was always willing to do whatever I asked him. I will really miss him.

To the Family,

May God comfort you during your time of bereavement with the passing of cousin Fred. Sending my prayer and love.

With Deepest Sympathy,
Connie "Bell" Carter
