Frieda will be missed. She was a great neighbor in my years of growing up as a child. Frieda was a kind caring loving lady. My deepest sympathy goes out for the family for her and Sabrina's loss in which I didn't know Sabrina passed I remember babysitting Sabrina when I was a young gal. I remember Johnson family related to Frieda and also Vera Custard.

Dear Donna Jean,
I am a niece of Vera Custard,who was a cousin of Frieda's. Vera passed away on Jan. 11, 2013 and I am the only left to send a message. I grew up knowing Frieda, June and Phyllis while visiting my Great Aunt Olga. Frieda always stopped to visit with me when I came to Fairmont to see my mother. She always brought fresh fruit, lively chatter, a wonderful smile and a warm hug. Frieda was a lovely person and a favorite of our family. My deepest sympathy to your whole...

Frieda's Obituary

Fairmont, MNFuneral service for Frieda A. Talledge, 92, of Fairmont, MN will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Fairmont. Burial will take place at Fairview Memorial Park in Fairmont. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.Frieda passed away Thursday, June 20, 2013, at the Crystal Season Living Community in Lake Crystal, MN. The Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Fairmont is in charge of the arrangements.Frieda Amanda (Johnson) Talledge was born on July 28, 1920, in Dunnell, MN. She was the daughter of Bendik and Olga (Hugeboek) Johnson. Frieda was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Fairmont as well as the Martin County V.F.W. Post 1222 Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting and sewing, cooking, gardening and dancing. Left to cherish her memory include her grandchildren, Robin House and her husband, Terry, of Guilford, IN, DonnaJean Spencer and her husband, Scott, of Lake Crystal, MN, Lance Raddatz and his wife, Julia, of New Mexico, and Rick Raddatz of Mankato, MN; 8 great grandchildren; 18 great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Along with her parents Bendik and Olga Johnson, Frieda was also preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Melby; husband, William Hytry; husband, William Talledge; daughters, Phyllis Westphal, and June Sirovy; granddaughter, Sabrina Stone; and brother, John Johnson.www.lakeviewfuneralhome.net
