Garold "Gene"'s Obituary

Garold E. "Gene" Sizemore Sr., 65, of Wellston, passed away Monday, December 31, 2012 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born June 1, 1947 in Radcliff, son of the late William G. and Alma Pendleton Sizemore. He is survived by his son, Garold (Jonna Arledge) Sizemore Jr. of Jackson; daughter, Belinda (Roger) Trace of Glenroy; grandchildren, Hunter, Aiden, Emily and Madi; brothers, Donald Sizemore of Wellston and Donavan Queen of Pennsville; sisters, Phyllis King of Wellston and Louise Church of Virginia; a special cousin, Larry Barnes and his former wife, Hope Ireland Sizemore of Jackson.In addition to his parents, Gene was preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry Sizemore and Harold Queen and a sister, Christina Westfall.Funeral services will be will held 11 A.M., Saturday, January 5, 2012 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Rev. Jerry R. Griffith Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Radcliff Cemetery, Radcliff. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 6-8 P.M.
