Gary's Obituary

Gary Lee Bittiker, 73, of Burkburnett, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

A Celebration of Gary’s life will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2023 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Burkburnett with Pastor Rodney Moon, officiating.  

Gary was born on January 3, 1950 in Elwood, Kansas to Lemen and Anne (Styles) Bittiker.  He retired from Borden Dairy where he was a dock supervisor for many years.  Gary enjoyed fishing, flying and building RC Planes, wood working, and playing golf.  

He was preceded in death by his father, Lemen J. Bittiker; his mother, Anne Cole; his brothers, Wesley, Larry, Lloyd, and Danny; and his sister, Karen Eberhardt.

He is survived by his loving wife, Wilma (Boren) Bittiker; his son, Gary Jr. and wife Krystal; his grandchildren, Bailey, Brittany and husband Blake Parkey, and Aiden; two great-grandchildren, Easton and Sutton; his brother, Ken Bittiker; his sister, Sherye Gibson; and several nieces and nephews.
