Not sure what to say?

We just heard of Gary's passing. We offer our condolences and prayers to Joy, Gary Jr., Debbie and Sheila and all of Gary's family. We were lifelong friends with Gary dating all the way back to our childhood days at Oak Grove Baptist Church. He was a wonderful person and our times spend with him were always very special. We will miss him and his ever-present smile. Since I was an athlete and sports minded, he was one of my heroes. RIP Gary and we'll see later.

We are sorry to hear about Gary’s passing. If dad were alive, he would recall many great baseball stories about Gary’s career, which dad followed closely. What a legend Gary was, setting a great example of how far a kid from the Bootheel could go with a dream. Hugs to all the Blaylocks from the Threlkelds.

I worked with Gary at the Royals for many years. He and Joy are two of my favorite people ever. We had dinner in Houston when I worked there and he was scouting. What a memorable evening. Wishing Joy and the family strength, peace and love. I hope your many wonderful memories will help you through and give a smile or three. Gary would like that ❤

Mr. Blaylock was an inspiration to every person he knew. God Bless you Mr. Blaylock. My prayers go with the family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Blaylock Family in the difficult days ahead. We renember him, his wife, and family fondly, and are lifting the family up in our prayers for peace and comfort.

Prayers for family and friends

Very sorry for your loss. Prayers.
