Gary was a true friend. We spent a lot of time together in our youth. He was a groomsmen in my wedding. He pit for me when I raced go karts and then early on when I raced cars. I lost contact with him in later years but memories of our friendship will be with me forever. May you rest in peace my brother.

Gary Richard Conklin a lifelong resident of Pittsburg. He passed away on June 12 2025. Gary loved working on cars and he painted many.
Gary is survived by a sister Beatrice Coke of San Diego. Brother Gilbert Conklin Jr (Rose) of Pittsburg. Nieces Elizabeth and Amanda. Nephew Phillip. Great nieces Haley, Kaitlin, Giavanna. Great nephew’s Lorenzo and Domiano. He is proceeded in death by his parents Gilbert and Susan Conklin and his nephew Gilbert R Conklin III.
At Gary request there will be no service. May he rest in Gods arms.
