Not sure what to say?

I remember Gary from an early age when his dad Lee was our Little League baseball coach. Gary was two years older than me and took me under his wing. Such an absolute gentleman and a great teammate. It has been a long time but Gary left a lasting impression.

Jeff and Wendy, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. He was such a pleasure to work with. He was honest, straight forward, and loyal, plus he had a great sense of humor, He spoke of your mom and you guys often. You were his pride and joy. Always remember how much he loved you. He’ll truly be missed,

Thoughts and prayers for your loss.

I will miss you my friend !!!!!

Wendy and Jeff , Sorry to hear of your Dads passing . Your Dad and Mom were so nice and your mom with her sweet voice, just know that your dad is hearing that sweet voice again ! Will be keeping all of you in my prayers .

Gary was a proud 1962 graduate of Flushing High School and spent all 12 years attending Flushing Schools. Gary was an excellent athlete playing both basketball and baseball and also participated in chorus, class plays, and F Club. Gary loved to attend Our alumni banquets and enjoyed sharing memories and stories from his school days and teaching and coaching experiences. We send our deepest sympathy to his family and will always treasure Gary in our thoughts and memories. He was so special to...

Such a great guy He will be missed by all who knew him

Coach Nick and I taught and coached together from 1978 through 1986 for Union Local Schools. Our classrooms were across the hall from each other at Flushing Jr. High and we usually ate lunch together in the basement of the old gym. Coach Nick was well respected by his students, parents and fellow teachers. Opposing coaches also respected his wide knowledge of his sports background. Coach Nick was always firm but fair with everyone he interacted with. Coach Nick was one of the "Good Guys!"
